Mount Davidson Residence, Mount Davidson, CA

A 5000 square foot residence on Mount Davidson with 180 degree views from San Francisco Bay to the ocean.  It is organized around a large skykit central space with diagonal views emphasized to increase the apparent size of the interior.  It was designed to be the permanent residence for the family allowing occupancy even through the aging process. The fourth bedroom and its bathroom are located on the ground level and are designed to be accessible for a disabled person.  The design incorporates the principles of feng shui.
