Beauty as a sustainable resource

We often advise our residential clients that they should not be overly concerned about resale value when they are considering different design options. The diverse population of our area ensures that there is always someone who will love what you build. Build well, build personally, if you love it others will also. Think quality, not quantity.

We are concerned these days, appropriately, about the sustainability of our buildings. This issue should not be limited to our building systems and materials. Remember, if you build well and beautifully it is likely to be valued and preserved, sustained.

Although, as stated earlier, we are usually not too concerned about resale value, we have been designing residential structures for long enough to have seen many of them sold.

It is clear that good design, beauty, is a valued commodity. Our projects have set themselves apart and above others in the market and have sold quickly and at good prices. Design sells - beauty is sustainable.
